The Type of Tax Normally Paid by which Party Amount Paid
Stamp Duty Seller 0.5% of registered value. It is payable in case of an exemption from the business tax.
Transfer Fee Buyer 2% of the registered value
Business Tax Seller 3.3% of the appraised value, or the registered sales value, whichever is higher
Withholding Tax Seller 1% of the appraised value or the registered sales value, whichever is higher
