- An applicant having a tourist visa are not eligible for Thailand condominium investment visa

- Proof of purchase of any state or government enterprise bond of at least 10 million Baht.
What are the requirements to hold a Thai Investor Visa?
In order to hold an IB Visa here are the few documents required to be cleared:
- There must be a valid passport of foreign national
- The application to hold the IB Visa should be submitted to the Immigration Bureau (Thai Office) with proof of sufficient fiancé
- A copy of the invitation letter by the company (Thailand’s Board of Investment) in which investment is going to be undertaken that includes investor salary detail, employment years, and reason to migrate
- All corporate documents related to business registration and license for Thai company association, latest passport-sized photo need to be taken.

Once approved to hold an IB visa, the applicant needs to pay for single entry 2000 THB and for multiple entries 5000 THB. The validity of the Thai IB Visa is three months and can be further extended accordingly.
